How do I get a 'lined' page background in Microsoft Word?

I want the background to be like lined paper - can't for the life of me work out how to do it, short of drawing them! there must be a gallery with lined/squared backgrounds? Anyone know?

I tried to do this a while ago, ended up drawing the lines on so would be interested to know!You could create a table with one column and fiddle with the margins....can't remember why I wasn't happy with that

I know - SURELY there must be a gallery bit where you can change the backgound ...I don't want it blue, or pebble dashy, or textured, just frigging lined!
