hope someone can help. Have laptop which is running Windows XP and I currently use Outlook Express.
Would like to install Outlook and have a disk with Office Profession Edition 2003 which has Outlook. Can I install just Outlook without having to mess about with everything else? Not sure how it all works... I don't want anything else just Outlook will I be able to do that?

Yes. There is a custom installation option that allows you to go in and deselect all the other packages if you want to.

Before you do - it might be an idea to use Outlook Express and check for any options (in help) to allow you to compact your mail and make an archive {or an 'export' option as if moving to a new PC) - just so you know that your mail is safe because you will presumably want Outlook to read in the existing e-mail and be your default e-mail client.
