Remind me please. how do I download music onto my ipod? Have not done it in ages and

now have a new lap top so will have to start fresh. What wires / cables etc will i need and what do i do?

Upload iTunes onto your laptop. Save your music files somewhere on your hard-drive then copy over to iTunes.
You should have a cable with your iPod that you connect to laptop via USB. Then sync.
