Anyone?

I accept all changes and change the drop down menu to "Final" but it always reappears so I have to change the drop down menu again.

Please help! It's driving me insane!

Don't you need to go into tracking and then ensure that you have unticked 'track changes whilst editing', or is that the same as changing to final? Sorry, don't have Word on this computer, but saw no one else had answered yet!

Thanks Powdoc.

During my blind panic I realised that I hadn't actually been pressing all the buttons in the right order! Sussed now, but your input greatly appreciated

The quickest way to turn track changes on and off is double clicking the TRK button on the status bar at the botton off the screen (xp 2003)or Control Shift E in all versions including 2007
