AAARRRGGGHH my ipod shuffle has got wet in the rain and has stopped working

how wet? my digital camaera got wet under the screen and i put it in bowl of uncooked rice...apparantly draws all the moisture out...could give it a try don2t know if that would work?

My DH put his through the washing machine - we put it on the radiator and left it to dry out for 48 hours.

It's fine!

Only advice is don't try and turn it on until you've dried it thoroughly first.

It appears to be working again. It must have been the CPR that helped.
I'll have to remember the uncooked rice thing.
