Reporting a dodgy company advertising on the internet - how?

Hi, a client of mine is having problems with someone posing as her company using her logo etc. for a scam.

They have a website (currently under maintenance) and the email is enquiries@ that email address.

I was wondering, as I have the email address that they are using, is there any way of reporting them and getting their email address banned?

If so, who do I report them to?

You can start by going to www.whois.net and searching for their domain name under WHOIS Lookup. That will give you some information about them and also details of their Registration Service Provider. It's worth contacting the Registration Service Provider with details of what's going on, but what they can or will do about it will depend on where they are based and other factors.
