Can anyone help me with iTunes problem?

Hiya,

Damn iTunes has gone plop. It won't open properly and the window that does come up is frozen.

Followed the iTunes support page which told me to check for viruses (nope) and then something about MSCONFIG that scared me off.

I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it.

Any ideas?

I'm wondering if there is a conflict with where it is located. In your place I would uninstall (again ) and reinstall it somewhere else (ie not in the usual program folder).

Alternatively the apple support forums are very good here.
