How do I delete my Temporary Internet Files please in IE 8? Any features I need to be aware of - useful or otherwise ?

I don't have IE8 but would have thought it was the same. Control Panel - Internet Options should get you to a button for that

I just upgraded to it the other day, but i have yet to play with it properyl.

One feature i did notice first off is the new button to let you surf without any history being tracked. This might be useful for you.
