anybody here who regularly update their mobile phone with carphone warehouse on a t.mobile contract?

I think i need to change my phone.Have had the same contract for nearly 2 years.If I take my mobile in and ask for an upgrade do they 1.take my handset off me?2.do they check for the best package for me again and cancel eg.my t mobile contract straight away?
anyone who knows all the answers here???

They won't take your phone off you, but many people will give them in to be recycled.

You will re-sign a new contract, the same as the one you have, or they can find you a better one, more suited to your usage, if you want.

If your contract with T Mobile is over. You can change to a new network provider if you want. Its up to you.
