MotionSD Studio 1.3E disk won't install for Panasonic SDR - S7 camcorder. Help??

I am using Vista which is supposed to be compatible but the above software disk for my new camcorder just wont install. Can anyone help please?

Do you have more than one user account on your computer? And if so, are you logged on as an administrator?

It's just one account with admin rights.

Have you tried the Program Compatibility Wizard.See here?
