Friend downloaded them for me they seemed to be working perfect on her laptop, on mine there is no picture, it is a new laptop today, does it need to be configured or set in anyway to view them?

Thank you

What are you trying to view them with?

VLC will work with nearly all downloaded films IME, you could try downloading that

here for eg

yes I would say so, its worth a shot anyway. I have downloaded films and had picture but no sound in media player and quick time etc but VLC works.

The you right click and 'open with' VLC.

Best I can think of for now!
