Help - Everything has gone large on my pc!

Just switchd laptop on and everything on the screen is now giant size! Icons, fonts, everything! No idea how it happened but it is driving me nuts as now the screen only shows a tiny bit of the website I want to look at (dailymail online but dont tell anyone!) Have spent the last 30 mins looking to change it - searched for mobility options but its telling me that the icon sizes are small and in the windows classic view. Its like the screen view has increased in percentage but no idea how or how to get the old view back! Any pointers?

Right click on screen, choose properties, then appearance tab, then font size normal. Hope that sorts it

Thanks for the reply Claw3 but if I click on the screen when a webpage is open there is a properties tab but then no appearance tab, and if I go to my desktop (ie as if I have just turned laptop on) there is no properties option after right clicking. The only thing I can find about changing sizes refers to screen resolutions and DPIs which is set at 100% and wont let me go any smaller! V frustrating as I can only see a quarter of an entire screen and everything is enormous!

you need to adjust your resolution...try a higher number until it looks right,

I just had to increase my screen res, to fit the new style MN onto my screen!

Did you try what SMS suggested?
