Do you use the "Mail" application on your mac?

Do you use iphoto on your mac?

If yes, then go to iphoto, choose the photo you want to email and then click on share then email.

don't know what you mean by Mail application.
I may have tried to do that and been unable to for some thick reason

i do use iphoto

when they ask for mail server what does that mean? I use talktalk.net

I use Snapfish which is really easy (and I am clueless when it comes to IT!)
