My word document keeps going to Japanese?

Sorry I've Googled this, looked on help. i just don't know what I'm doing to cause this!!

Do you mean the font keeps changing to kanji? Go to tools, options and look at your font options - see what you have it set to.

I just pressed things til it stopped, I will endeavour to be more technically proficient in future!!
