Why has Cbeebies disappeared from our Freeview Box?

Why oh why means the bloody kids want to watch TV in the main sitting room!

It just disappeared one day and we haven't seen it since!

You might need to do a programme scan on your box

Can you rescan your box to find it?

Mine does this, always with Cbeebies. Turn your box & TV off and on again after a couple of minutes, it should come back.
