Well talking to herself may be her only entertainment at this rate!

OhYouMerryMerryKitten · 20/12/2008 22:03

its either that or motorsport until 'Outnumbered' comes on.

pushchair · 20/12/2008 22:04

No channels now and only 'entertainment' is DPs backside protruding from cupboard and grunting and swearing as he tries different wires in different sockets to no effect

oh you poor soul on a saturday night. do you want to know who won on Strictly?

pushchair · 20/12/2008 22:13

Luckily not watching strictly. DP was all set to watch A Knight's Tale so he is hacked off. I want to go to bed and am working all day tomorrow. However Lark Rise To Candleford is on tomorrow night!

So how do you retune and should I mention that since DDs tampered with remote about 2 yrs ago the text that comes up on the TV when you alter anything is all in german! I can just about cope with adjusting the colour level but not much more.

Oooh DP just plugged in old digital set top box and we have QVC shopping channel. Nothing else though and .....he's lost that now.

Are you talking freeview?

We've had this trouble since I rescanned last night and we're in London using Crystal Palace transmitter this site gave some good tips and now we've got everything back but on the wrong numbers. I think it was fixed by changing the frequency but by then we had changed just about everything so I can't be sure.

I think I can handle pressing 815 or something for BBC1 rather than fiddling about and losing it all again.

Hope you solve it in time for your programme!

pushchair · 21/12/2008 20:10

All channels were back this morning and like you on different numbers. DP thought it was him mucking about but if its happened to you too.... and Larkrise to Candleford on now thanks.
