I have just installed my phone contents (videos and pics) on to the pc, but now cant find them.

I dont know where to look, any ideas?

lost mine before and the only place i could find them is when i clicked on start and then recent documents.

Nope, they are not there, I have done a search to bring up all pictures on pc, but still not found them.

search for your phone type, see if they are stored with the software files??

I did that (I think) all I found was the guidance notes and terms and conditions.

what happens when you plug the usb in to transfer something? it should show where it is being stored

My phone beeps and says it is now pc enabled, but nothing comes nto my pc screen, though I doo doo noise to say a USB has been plugged in.

are you sure yo have transferred them? you need to actually tell the pc to store them, just plugging in the usb isnt enough

sorry am not trying to make you appear dim, just checking what actually happened

Acyually no, it did.nt give the options of storing anything, I think I will try uninstalling what is there, then installing again, yes I pud the disc in.
