can anyone help me change the colour of a picture to be a perect match to the colour of a website?

the pictures are of penecils ...the pencils are fine but the background colour is the wrong blue to load on a website.

can any clever people tell me how to colour match perfectly?

I would try taking a screen capture of the website - use Control and Printscreen buttons together. Open up Paint and paste the picture in there. Use the eye-dropper to pick up the colour you want, then go to Colours then Edit Colours then Define Custom colours if it isn't open. The colour you've just picked up should be the one showing on the big rainbow chart, and underneath there are numbers for Red Green and Blue - take a note of them.

Then open up your real picture in Paint, go to Edit Colours again and type those values in. Then click Add to Custom colour, and it will go onto your palette at the bottom of the picture. From there you can use it with the brush or fill.
