Is it possible to insert a smiley face into an e-mail ?

Mine does it if I just type : ) without the space, then hit the return key - it switches it to a smiley face. You can always just leave it as the punctuation if it doesn't change it - that's the "classic" version of the smiley anyway!

If using Outlook Express then this would work though not in a very convenient way.

Save some smilies by rightclicking them (on some popular forum perhaps ) and selecting 'Save Picture As'.

Now in your email on the insert menu click picture and browse to where you saved the smilies. Pick one and it will insert it. You can then move it around, copy and past it etc.
