Oh crudola the kids have done something to the sky+ box and now it wont turn on.

I am just getting the red power light but it wont switch on using the remote or on the box.

I have turned it off at the plug to 'reset' it but still nothing.

I don't think they can have done anything to major as they were only playing with the remote!

Any ideas?

It takes a while to re-load after you switch it off at the wall, hopefully if you try again it will work?

Try turning off at wall, waiting three minutes, turning on at wall, waiting three minutes, then trying to turn it on.

How long do i have to switch it off for?
