I had a power cut a couple of days ago, where everything went off, including
pc and peripherals, for several minutes. But I think there might have been a
power surge in there somewhere too. Because when it came back up, my LCD
monitor wouldn't work. There is a blue light next to the on/off switch which
goes on and off every four seconds or so. But nothing happens onscreen. Is
this a sign of something burned out, or irreparably damaged?
