History toolbar help please anyone?

Please does anyone know if it's possible to still find the show all / history bit once it's been deleted? Is there anyway I can retrieve it from the recycle bin?
Dh has told me he's stopping porn, but has a history of telling HUGE whoppers, any ideas how I can check? Might get divorce instead, could be easier.......or maybe just let him get on with it, the sad old fucker that he is, and get on with my own life, mutter, mutter...

have you tried looking in the cookie folder? most sites send cookies to your computer when you access them, he may have deleted the history but not the cookies??????

control panel, internet options, browsing history, settings and a list of cookies should appear. worth a look!!

oops, forgot after settings, its view files and then the list of cookies appear
