I urgently need to upload a jpeg photo passport type shot in order to enrol for uni, and I can't work out for the life of me how to make the inbuilt webcam take a photo.
It's a Dell inspiron somthing 25 I think, with windows vista.
Have gone to the tools bit where you fiddle with the webcam settings, but nada.
~Anyone? Please?
