help help help the enter key and the backspace key 1,q, and space wont work on the keyboard

i have taken the top of the butons off - still no joy and its not the function key either

Um, go to control panel, then keyboard?

It does sound a bit buggered though.

I mean, it sounds like a physical problem.
Have you given the naked keys a good poke?
