It used to be easy...it looks like they're on memory stick but apparently they're not!
Could anyone run through with me exactly how to transfer them onto memory stick again?
I am a bit thick...so i need someone patient!!!

on mine they already save onto the stick, but if I wanted them on the phone I

1] Highlight the thumbnail
2] More
3] Manage files
4] Select
5] Move to phone

So, if you do 1 - 4, so you get 'move to memory card/stick?

I selected Memory Stick and I got:CAMERA ALBUM/PICTURES so I selected Camera Album first.Thing is,the phone tells me that pictures ARE on Memory Stick but they aren't when I go to print them!!! told you I was thick!

Anything in the book/on the website about it?

Can you connect the phone to your PC via cable and do it that way?

Or Bluetooth?

EvelynsDad · 04/09/2008 13:10

Maybe reformat the memory stick, but only if you're REALLY sure you've got all the pictures safely saved somewhere else.

MmeLindt · 04/09/2008 13:12

I use bluetooth to transfer them on to pc.

cutekids · 04/09/2008 13:46

OK,OK i know this is really stupid, but is there a way i can blue tooth them onto my computer??

Only if your computer has bluetooth.

USB is more likely. Your phone should have come with a USB cable. Just connect the phone to the computer with the USB cable and it will probably come up with a prompt to display/copy pictures, etc.

If it's the first time, it may start with loads of install new hardware prompts first. Just tell it "no".

ok thankyou, and after i've done this can i then transfer them to my memory stick? sorry for all the questions!

When you've copied pictures to the computer and you are sure they are safe you can then try potentially destructive actions such as formatting the memory stick without worrying about losing your precious pictures.

You can also use the computer to show you what space is free on the memory stick and do copying via the computer if you like.

EvelynsDad · 04/09/2008 15:14

I forget, when the computer is connected to the phone, the phone will probably offer you a choice of modes. You want "file transfer mode".
