So I take the laptop back off them on Monday this week. 5 mins, and two phone calls later I find what the problem is << socket is welded to the mainboard so it's a new mainboard malarkey>> secure the replacement part, and have it shipped over from a warehouse in Denmark. It arrives Wed. and is replaced yesterday. Just a leetle rant, thank you. I would have ranted in, and at, the shop...but I fear not ever stopping and being arrested for a public order offence.
