Ok techy types, please can you help me save things onto my memory stick?

I have already saved hundreds of photos onto my memory stick, but now I want to add the recent photos that are on my laptop. Is there a speedy way of adding just the 'new' photos, rather than adding the whole folder and duplicating some, or by me going through the whole list and making a note of the new ones and adding them separately?

If you sort the folder by date, you should be able to find all the newer ones and copy them in one "chunk"
