Ant themed activities in London for a ten year old?

Hey, my 10yr old is obsessed with ants and I am trying to find him things to do in London. Someone recommended the London Zoo which we will go to tomorrow. I came across a website that does ant farm workshops but has anyone tried them?

Sorry I know this is a little weird but would love for my son to be able to find more 'anty' activities

I'm not sure if the ants are still there but Crystal Palace Park Farm, free to visit, inside Crystal Palace Farm has had ants. They had a small room with some animals as you walked in, directly on your left, and skirting around the room were some clear tubes for ants.

Not worth a visit specifically for the ants, as it was small, but worth a look if you're in the area. And Crystal Palace have the new Dinosaur themed playground too.

The London Aquarium has a colony of leafcutter ants in its Rainforest Adventure zone. There are tubes all over the area and you can watch them walking backwards and forwards in them. It’s great!

We’ve had a few products from ants HQ (the owner is v nice and knowledgeable) so I think the workshop would be fun. But I’ve found some of the other supplier products better and you can put them together quite easily yourself.

Richmond Park, is a Site of Special Scientific Interest because of its ant colonies and worth a visit.

Empire of ants is a book for adults but DS loved it.
