Blocked senders list

I've accidently added a friend to the blocked senders list,how do I unblock?

I've got Outlook, and its Actions, Junk Email, Junk Email Options, then click on the "Blocked senders" tab and remove from there

Mine is Tools....Message Rules....Blocked sender list.....then highlight your friends email address and click Remove....click OK Job done!!
