why do I keep on having to log back into my online accounts?

Facebook, Gmail, and other accounts are continually asking me to log in, when I haven't logged out. Should I be concerned about this, or stick to being irritated?

Have to selected the “keep me logged in” option?

But this has only recently started happening

Did you delete your browsing history or reset your preferences? If so you’d have to set it up again.
