Laptop time zone switched itself to Moscow

Today I noticed that the clock on my laptop was hours wrong. When I went into settings, it showed that my timezone was Moscow! Should I be worried? Btw I am in UK.

Happened me before and it was a virus. Run your antivirus scans.

My inbuilt Windows protection said no action needed. The error quickly corrected itself, so I can only assume Windows dealt with any virus.
