Error message ?

"No RGB Signal" came up on my screen when I left it idle fo a bit - what does it mean ? Worried something else (screen and printer recently defunct) is about to go wrong !

i think thats usually something to do with a loose cable - is your screen cable in properly?

ah have tightened screw, hopefully that is it , thank you.

"No RGB Signal"

Means the monitor is awake, on, but not getting a picture signal from your PC. RGB = Red Green & Blue.

I'd guess your computer's gone on standby, shut down the video output, and the monitor's interpreted the signal loss as a sign that the cable's come out.
