Vinted label won't send to another email

I sold something on Vinted. They sent me an inpost label which I need to print out in order to send.

This was sent to my normal email address. I don't have a printer, so I've been trying to forward it to my work email. It says it's sent, but never arrived. I've tried sending it to a range of people in the hope that it might send to someone to print off but it won't.

I can send other emails fine, it's just this? I've also tried to save it as a doc and then send it, but it still won't work?

Is it to do with the attachment? Some work email systems won't allow attachments (including, almost unbelievably, our benefit team email addresses - to which you're asked to send evidence when claiming certain benefits 🤣).

Otherwise, can you just log in to your personal email at work and print it that way?

Can you screenshot the label on your phone or use snip n sketch tool on your laptop to take an image then send as a photo to your work email or another person?

I would print it to a PDF file and save it to Google Docs (or OneDrive, iCloud, DropBox). Then access the file from my work computer and print

You can usually print the inpost label on the postage machine thingy I think. I'm sure it gave me option to print the label when I sent something yesterday (I had already printed it so didn't need to click that option).

I got there in the end!! Turns out my work computer put my messages in quarantine!! Not sure why it wouldn't send to anyone else though!
