I'm scanning some photos - mix of black & white and colour. Many of the scans have stripes down them, but these seem to move around from one attempt to the next, and change character - some are a band of faint lines, others a stripe of grey. Have cleaned the scanner, but I think this is internal! Am very clueless about computers in general and would welcolme help...
