and I can't get it to play things in their proper order. Clicking on the shuffle icon at the top of the track list makes it jump to a new track but doesn't remove the shuffling. Dd does not like everything going 'backwards'.
This happened when I first got it and I had to restore it to factory settings but I don't want to keep doing that.
Can anyone help? Please?
