Account overwhelm

I have ended up with so many different accounts saving things to different places that I am feeling a bit overwhelmed!
I have a years old Aol email address which I use for everyday things. I set up Kasperky recently for password management and general security. I recently bought a new Google phone, and have 2 historic Gmail addresses but both in 'silly" names as I only ever intended to use them for if I enter a competition etc.
As part of the new phone deal I also now have Microsoft 365...and I get photo storage via Amazon....so...I think now photos are being backed up to Amazon AND Google which is confusing as I get duplicates and am not sure which storage system is best. Having got a Google phone I am wondering if I should stream line and use Google for everything - it seems to offer secure password storage ( so do I really also need Kaspersky? )However, I am thinking it would be best to delete my previous Google accounts and start afresh with a Google account in my proper name. I know I will need to back up everything before doing this.
I suppose what I'm wondering is, what do other people do to best keep on top of everything. I am relatively IT savvy (use 365 suite at work) but am going round in circles trying to decide how to make my personal email/storage.etc as streamlined as my work .
