iPhone 15 duplicate contacts

I’ve got a ridiculous number of duplicate, sometimes triplicate, contacts in my phone.
Some are in Icloud and some are outlook.

I would love to know how to merge them and remove all the duplications.

A few ways this could be resolved,

You could export the contacts from Outlook and re-import them into apple contacts, then

1. Open Contacts.
2. From the Card menu, select Card > Look for Duplicates.
3. When asked, click Merge.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until no duplicates are found.
