I want to store about 100 songs on something, to be played randomly - maybe through headphones and in the car - ipod? mp3? I'm very confused and thick so please tell me what I need and how I put the music on.

capp-I bought a tape with a wire coming out to stick into ipod so you can hear it in the car-tis a miracle!

I think a shuffle will do what I need really Lapin - its mainly DH who will use it, he listens to music to get to sleep whereas I just drift off with no noise
