Hello all, is this broadband speed in the picture attached good pls

Also is it good enough for working from home in the customer service sector?

This was the obtained through WiFi it would be better if connected through Ethernet right?

I think it's pretty good, it would be enough to sustain a video call for sure. I don't know about the customer service job needs though, would you be uploading giant files regularly or on multiple video calls at once?

And generally a cable would be faster but it depends on your computer too, mine doesn't seem to make that much difference as long as I'm sitting close to the wifi router.

I am not sure exactly what the new role will entail but I have used this laptop & broadband for customer service roles in the past

I agree with previous comments, that looks quite good for an openreach ADSL connection. (which is what talk talk use)

However, as ADSL is susceptible to contention (school children coming home and sucking the local network dry) it's worth testing late afternoon or early evening.
