Hi I had to restart my phone this morning and I've noticed that my Google Photo's is now backing up loads of previously backed up photo's.
I'm hoping someone might know why I couldn't find a clear answer online. Thanks

If your backup history get disrupted the application will need to rebuild the back up database... that is what it is doing ... it will probably not reupload dupl copies of your photos... if you have a lot of photos already on GP cloud it will take some time.
