Headphones sound distorted

I have some JTlab wireless headphones which I use via Bluetooth with my Samsung A54, recently they have started sounding really distorted, so thinking they were damaged bought another pair. Which also sound distorted. I've tried them on DS's phone (Samsung S20) and they're fine, and my phone works ok with my other headphones (Snoozeband) and car speakers. I've looked online but can't find anything, other than suggestions to change various audio settings which I don't appear to have on my phone. As much as I like my Snoozeband at night, it's not really practical to wear during the day! Anyone have any suggestions? Other than splashing out on actual Samsung earbuds...thank you!
