Since the last update on my iPhone 13 the music from my Ruark speakers shuts off after 10 or 30 minutes.
Any ideas ?

I can get it to go on again by pressing the button on top and pressing my phone again. It’s a pain in the butt.

Have you tried deleting the bluetooth connection and re-paring the speakers?

when the music "shuts off" does the iPhone still think it's connected via Bluetooth, or does it become disconnected ?

We keep the speaker high up. I have just got on some steps to look and the blue light was fading in and out. I pressed the button again and the blue light stayed on and the music restarted.

It has done it again. The speaker was doing the same thing.

Tested my phone out with another smart speaker. It all seems fine with that.

I would suspect the speaker is at issue. I suggest

  1. Try another phone with the speaker, to see if the issue is still observed
  2. Check for any firmware updates to the speaker.
