Trying to download Windows MSN messenger (or live as it is called now)...help a poorly MNetter that should know how to do it please

When I click Install on teh webpage I get a box to download or save (or cancel).

Which do I do - download and then launch from hard drive or can I launch direct from website?

save it, then launch it from your desktop or wherever it has saved, then just follow instructions. Hope this helps.
