How do I stop Google remembering every search I have ever done?

It drives me mad.

Every time I do a search on google or any other site it brings down a drop down list of every other site.

I have had my computer for two years now and the list is getting quite long. Also I don't want everyone who uses the machine to be able to see it.

you can just highlight it and delete. probably a more permananet way

tools at the top,

clear private data.

It clears everything though, so you'll have to sign into mumsnet again!
