How do I export a (little) iMovie to a USB key? Is it even possible?

Thank you to anyone who can help.

you may need to convert it to a different form such as an AVI movie (use Quicktime Pro for that). Or use export in iMovie and save it as a small file. Then just copy it across (click and drag).

I can't make it work Yurt. If you have any more ideas or if anyone does I'm in the market.

Think I might have to go down to computer shop and explain.

Did you go to export in imovie. once you've done that I'd save it for CD-ROM- that should be small enough for a USB key.

You don't get quicktime Pro standardly- you can upgrade from within Quicktime. The feature that allows you to change into different movie file types is useful.

That takes forever and a day though (the conversion to iDVD)

I thought my computer had died the first time I did it.
