With a phone context

If you pay an upfront cost and decide you don't want the contract anymore do you get the money back??

As I'm not sure yet

Yes you have 14 days to return under DSR (distance selling regulations) and as long as you return the phone you get the upfront cost back, normally advice can take upto 14 days

You would be charged then for the use of the Sim for however many days you have it aswell.

No I wouldn't use it as have my other one it's more as I'm not sure but I know they'll get out of stock lol!
