Recommendations for a stylish but indestructible iPhone case!

I'm about to upgrade my very battered iPhone. Despite having a wallet style case, my screen is smashed to bits by being dropped one too many times.

Can anyone recommend a stylish case that would withstand the worst batterings please?! Thanks!

I just bought this one, highly rated, seems very robust. Functions well and looks great:

I’ve got a Mous Limitless case on my iPhone 13 mini which is dropped frequently and has done a good job of protecting it whilst not adding a ton of bulk. It also still works with MagSafe accessories and wireless charging.

Otterbox Folio, which is a wallet style. You can get MagSafe compatible ones.

Dh, ds and I all have iphones for years and none of us have never had a broken screen, dh works in building trade and drops his all the time, ds is clumbsy.

We just use normal cases, but we do have tempered glass screen protectors, wonder if they make the difference.

RantyAnty · 20/08/2023 05:32

Get a tempered glass screen protector.

Never have broken a screen and just use the simple plastic case that comes with the phone.

Sandysandwich · 20/08/2023 06:23

Screen protector is important.
Casetify is good if you want one that is strong and protective but also looks nice- there is a ton of choice and you can customise them

My partner gave me mine as a birthday present because i drop my phone constantly, and its held up great the last two years, during which time it was accidentally flung across a road and dropped out of a window.
The worst thing that happens is my screen protector cracks but they are cheap to replace

MotherOfCrocodiles · 20/08/2023 06:36

The newer iPhone have really hard screens so that may help

MuffinCoffee · 20/08/2023 06:43

I can recommend this https://amzn.eu/d/9qNZyLj. Great sturdy case, has served me well and after seeing mine several of my friends have purchased too.

I always get a tempered glass screen protector and have had Spiegen cases on my last 3 iPhones and been happy with them.

Just sort of clear gel ones but I drop my phone and they survive. Not needed a phone replacement or repair but have cracked a few glass screen protectors so they are my #1!!

NJMAd · 20/08/2023 10:52

Oh and I always get them from Amazon so jsut have a search on there.

patrollingpaws · 21/08/2023 09:27

Thanks all! I will have a good look at all the recommendations. I think for reassurance sake, a proper screen protector is a go 👍
