Nope according to ds12 (sims 4 addict) you need 8gb of ram at least to run sims 4.

If you have a PS4 it runs on that (free too).

I don’t think you can use CC on the PS4

Consulted DS and apparently that should run sims 4 well.

What is CC? If its cheat codes I use them (mainly Motherlode!!)

Yes you should be fine. I have a knackered old MacBook with cc, mods and several expansion packs and it chugs along fine!
