Need help quick - printer not working - got an assignment to print off!

OK, so I always print work off last minute - it needs to be in tomorrow morning.

Am in word, and printing off document as normal. Except it is not printing. It is not doing anything at all! Looked at the box that comes up showing what is in the queue, and nothing apart from that document.

Please help me.

Have you set it as the default printer? Is it a new printer?

It is the default printer. Used it this morning

Hmmmmmmmmm, is it all plugged in properly? Have you tried turning your computer on and off?

Have you checked all the connections to the printer turned the printer off and back on again

or off, then on......

Delete the things in the queue and then restart the puter, and see if that works

sorry to say but the if the spooler locks up then you can either restart the service or just reboot...

Also check your connections
