Tictok and Twitter

Hi, I got a new phone and had to re install twitter and ticktock. My main accounts are coming up fine but my added secondary accounts are missing.

Is there a way to add them back?

Update. I have managed to fix Twitter. Still can't get second account to add onto Tiktok 😪
